About Mr. Parks

Automotive Advisors
Daniel J. Parks, Esquire, (both a licensed Attorney and a licensed Real Estate Broker) established Automotive Advisors of America, Inc. (AAA). Mr. Parks, who is a graduate of the University of Hawaii, and who received his Doctorate from the University of California’s Hastings College of Law, is also a local vineyard owner (see below) and hotel owner (Inn at Sonoma and Sonoma Creek Inn), in the Sonoma Valley.
Mr. Parks’ background is in business and tax planning and, although he is currently semi-retired from the practice of law, in the course of his practice Mr. Parks represented a number of major automobile dealerships, such as: Honda, Chrysler, Dodge, Toyota, BMW, Oldsmobile, and Ford.
Over the years, Mr. Parks has also been a featured guest speaker at dealership “20 Groups.”
Automotive Advisors of America, Inc. has been the consultant for dealers representing most of the major automobile franchises: Honda, Ford, Toyota, Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth, Jeep, Chevrolet, Mitsubishi, Infiniti, Lincoln, Mercury, and Ford.
While Automotive Advisors concentrates mostly west of the Mississippi, our people have bought and sold stores and advised dealers and investors from Maine to Miami, Florida and from Chicago, Illinois to Shreveport, Louisiana. Our people have completed transactions everywhere from the big cities, to some out of the way places such as: Calistoga, California; Lufkin, Texas; Glenwood Springs, Colorado; and Falmouth, Maine.
Automotive Advisors is not a “T.O. House” and limits itself to consulting with only a few dealers at a time. In short, we try to complete everything we start and do not play "percentage" or "volume" games.
On occasion Automotive Advisors of America, Inc. may utilize the consulting services of independent contractors, or refer clients to consultants or brokers who special in particular dealerships or locations.
